Pinwheel Girl

This one took a reeeeeaaaaaaally long time... Well, the actual time spent working on it wasn't that long, but I took... Numerous "breaks". I drew the sketch 2 months ago, and worked on and off inking and coloring in Paint Tool SAI.

My brother () likes to tell me what to do, and he can't stand my derpy way of using art software, so he was my adviser throughout the whole process.
